Tenants’ Handbook for the Ealing Dean Allotment Society
These guidelines have been prepared by Ealing Dean Allotment Society (EDAS) with the agreement of our landlord, Pathways Housing Trust (Pathways). It is divided into two parts:
Part 1- Tenancy Agreement and Allotment Rules - provides a more detailed explanation of your Tenancy Agreement, setting out your rights and responsibilities. It should be read in conjunction with the Tenancy Agreement - the numbers in brackets refer to the relevant clause.
Part 2- How To Get The Best Out Of Your Allotment - gives plotholders some helpful advice and tips on how to make your plot productive and to maximise your enjoyment of life on the allotments. This is mainly for new members but hopefully everyone will find something useful to read.
